Write about things that have happened to you, people who changed your life, could be someone you really like. Or you can just make up a random, pointless song that doesn’t really have to have any meaning.

Brainstorm! Write down things you’re really passionate about in your life, how they make you feel etc. etc. and then listen to some of your favorite songs and note your favorite parts and let them inspire you.
